A refreshing and crisp Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, not grapefruity at all.
Technical Data:100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Casablanca Valley aged in stainless steel tanks only. No ageing in oak.
Description:Good clarity with a light straw yellow color. Fresh fruit aromas such as citrus also definitely green pepper and cat's pee aromas, and herbs mingle with floral accents. Zesty flavors that linger gently on the palate, such as green pepper, fresh citrus fruits and a hint of white pepper spiciness for a medium bodied wine . Quite enjoyable.
