Dry, crisp and fruity white from Central Sicily. Spicy a little bit whith a good acidity.

Technical Data:Corvo Bianco is made from 70% Inzolia, 30% mixed between Cataratto and Grecanico grapes.

Description:Straw yellow color with brilliant greenish effects throughout. Dry, crisp and refreshing, with a slightly fruity flavors mostly citrus and a fresh, grassy note. A classic Italian white.

Food Pairing & Service:Recommended with soups, vegetables, and fish dishes in general. Corvo Bianco is also excellent with starters.
