Technical Data:40% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sémillon, 30% Muscadelle. Aged in stainless steel only.
Description:Very nice white Bordeaux from Entre-deux-mers region showing a pale yellow color. The nose exhales citrus fruits. Quit fresh and crisp on the palate it has a dry citrussy entry and a slight sweet tropical fruit finish.
Food Pairing & Service:Will accompanies well seafood and fish. Could also be drunk on it’s own. Serve chilled.
