A very dry straight Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile.

Technical Data:100% Cabernet Sauvignon The grapes are manually harvested during April. The wine is aged for 18 months in new (35%) and used (65%) French oak barriques, then aged a further 2 months after bottling.

Description:Bright, deep red color. Aromas and flavors of cherry, chocolate, black tar and smoke. A smooth palate with a silky texture and a long finish. A full bodied, concentrated and round Cabernet, well balanced and tasteful.

Food Pairing & Service:Goes well with steaks, roasts, pasta dishes with robust sauces, and strong cheeses. Could benefit to lay down for a while.
