Technical data:70% Nero d’Avola, the main red grape from Sicily, 30% mixed black ( Pignatello & Nerello Mascalese). Aged 10 months in Slavonian Oak plus additional aging in bottle prior release.

Description:A ruby red color with an intense, complex, and ethereal bouquet. Full-bodied, rich and ripe, with currant and plum aromas and long flavors. Soft tannins and a lingering, harmonious finish display finesse.

Food Pairing & Service:Excellent with grilled meat, roasts, pizzas and pasta. and medium-seasoned cheeses.
