A quite dry and spicy Merlot with a lot of earthyness, somehow it taste a little bit like dusty.
Technical Data:100% Merlot. The grapes are manually harvested during April. The wine is aged for 15 months in new and used French oak barriques, then aged a further 2 months after bottling.
Description:Dark and deep red color. Nose and palate are the same with aromas and flavors and including black ripe cherries, dark berries and a lasting smoky, yet rich, black tar.A complex Merlot velvety in texture with ripe tannins imparting smoothness and balance.
Food Pairing & Service:Goes well with a variety of steaks, roasts, pastas with medium to hearty sauces, and cheeses.
