A complex straight chardonnay loaded with fruits, not overoaked and creamy.
Technical Data:100% Chardonnay. The grapes are manually harvested in March. The wine is fermented in new and used, medium-toasted French Burgundian barriques sur lie for 11 months, then aged for a further 4 months after bottling.
Description:Light, golden yellow color. Tropical aromas of white peach, papaya, mango and hazelnut. Medium-bodied and creamy this chardonnay shows on the palate, a core of peach-papaya accented flavors supported by apple and pears but also refined oak. A long finish.
Food Pairing & Service:Excellent with seafood, poultry, medium-sauced pastas, as well as most cheeses. Serve chilled.
