Description:Pale straw yellow color. Green apple, lemon-citrus and crème brûlée like aromas followed by ripe pear and toasty-oak vanilla. Creamy texture and finely balanced acidity add weight and lingering freshness to the palate. The key to this wine is its great balance … not overoaked, but enough to just enjoy it.

Food Pairing & Service:Try with sautéed seafood, shellfish or chicken dishes. This wine is also perfect with mushroom pastas or the richness of fettuccine Alfredo.
