Very Smooth and delicious Pinot Noir from Sonoma Valley!
Technical Data:100% Pinot Noir, aged 8 months in oak barrel. 100% new French oak.
Description:Nice ruby – red color. Very soft Pinot Noir from Northern CA. Lots of red fruits for the nose such as strawberry and sweet black cherries laced with soft woody aromas. The palate is echoing the nose, showing up in addition roses flavors and earthiness. Some spice are present too well integrated to the smooth tannins. A nice long lasting finish with a silky texture.
Food Pairing & Service:Will accompany well hearty pasta dishes and light game meat. Could also be enjoyed on its own. Perfect match for thanksgiving Turkey!
