Technical Data:The blend is composed from 93% Zinfandel, 5% Primativo, 2% Carignane aged 22 months in French and American oak (20% new).
Description:Deep dark color almost inky. Aromas of white pepper, spice, oak, black cherry, walnut and vanilla. Flavors are focused on cherry, blueberry with silky tannins and some spice.
Food Pairing & Service:Steak or spicy dishes. Could easily lay down for a while!
