Technical Data:The blend is composed from 84% Syrah and 16% Grenache barrel-aged for 11 months. French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels.
Description:Deep garnet red color. This Rhone-style wine features violets, fresh rose, ripe strawberry and white pepper aromas. On the palate, terrific balance between fruits, violets and cocoa flavors. Soft and lush wine with very smooth tannins, toastiness and a lingering finish.
Food Pairing & Service:Leg of lamb, beef stew, hearty dishes, spicy dishes.
