Semi-dry blended white from Germany.

Technical Data:Made from a meritage of Riesling, Silvaner and Rivaner, creating a fragrant finish.

Description:Erben Kabinett is a medium dry refreshingly white from the Rheinhessen region. Apricot on the nose, the palate is surprisingly even more fruity with orange peel taste, pear and green apple followed by floral flavors with honeysuckle and acacia. Hint of spice on the finish.

Food Pairing & Service:Could be drunk as an aperitif as well as paired with a wide range of dishes, particularly with poultry and Asian dishes spicy or not, sushi salads, white fish and oriental cuisine. Serve chilled.

    I'm pretty sure you could find it online to buy but depending which State you are living that could be a problem...If you leave like me in MD, there no possibility for you to buy it online as the State's Law doesn't allow any shipping of wine.

    Now, if you are not living in MD you could try this website: http://www.bevmax.com usually they have great deals on German wines.

    If you google this wine's name you'll find several website saling it online.

    If you leave nearby VA, they saling these wines in numerous locations, my favorite one is an awesome Grocery store called Wegmans ( one shop in Sterling and one in Fairfax both in VA), where of course this wine is sold.

  3. RE Erben Kabinett, Aulese, Spatlese and Riesling. These are also available at Safeway in Sterling. That's where I buy it when I'm visiting my daughter. Looking for a source closer to home. Live in Brevard, NC (about 30 miles south of Asheville.) Have resonalbe access to southern. VA, northern SC & GA and eastern TN Would also buy online if price is resaonable. NC is a shipable state. Any suggestions.
